very easy to use. automated install, simple interface, fetches your music from your device (almost) automatically AND you can acctually drag and drop your music - no fuss, no mess and most importantly you won't end up losing any of the media that you want to keep.

Best:

get all music from an ipod OUICKLY & EASILY! no file conversion is needed, all media files are playable in their original file formats.

Worst:

If you like fancy graphics to accompany your applications you may be a little dissapointed with sharepods lack thereof; However I believe the form of sharepods user interface more than adequately follows it's function.
